Search and Selection of the best talents

We quickly target top talent through research on key skills and your competitors, while gradually expanding to uncover hidden talent.

Qualification of potential candidates

We conduct in-depth interviews to preselect candidates who meet your technical and human criteria. We assess their skills, professional experience, and personal aspirations to ensure their suitability and interest for the position. An initial analysis of their compatibility with your corporate culture is also performed. Depending on your needs, we can integrate psychometric tests or assessment centers to objectively validate candidates' skills and relevance. Presentation of the best candidates

We then select the most qualified candidates and prepare a detailed report for each candidate, highlighting their strengths, areas for improvement, and their fit with the position's expectations. Negotiation and job offers

Once the final candidate has been selected, we assist our clients in negotiating the job offer, ensuring the compensation package is attractive and competitive. We work with you to define a salary, bonus, benefits, and other contract terms that motivate the candidate while aligning with your compensation policy. This step is crucial to ensure the candidate accepts the offer and is fully committed to their new role.

Integration and post-integration monitoring

Our commitment doesn't end once the offer is accepted. We support your company and the candidate throughout the onboarding phase, with personalized follow-up for six months. We hold regular updates to ensure the candidate is adjusting well to their new role and that the transition is going smoothly.
